We use AI tools in our studio the way a good workshop uses power tools: for speed on the rough work, never as a substitute for judgement. This page states precisely where artificial intelligence participates in Wavelink's products and operations, because customers making trust decisions deserve to know.

1. Design work

AI image tools may be used for moodboards, background texture exploration, and placeholder concepts. Every customer-facing design is drawn, typeset and finished by a named human designer in our Chattogram studio. Your logo and brand assets are never fed into public AI training or generation tools — they are used only inside licensed design software on our own machines.

2. Copy and translation

AI drafts may accelerate internal copywriting, but every English sentence published on getwaved.ai and every profile template is edited by humans. Arabic, Bengali and Chinese copy is written and reviewed by native-reading team members; machine translation output is treated as a first draft at most and is never shipped unreviewed.

3. The product itself

Wavelink NFC cards and profile pages do not run AI models on your visitors, do not profile them, and do not make automated decisions about anyone. Tap analytics are simple counters and aggregates. If we ever add AI-assisted features to profiles (for example, suggested headline text), the feature will be opt-in, clearly labelled, and described here first.

4. Customer support

A human being answers support messages. We may use AI-assisted tooling to retrieve order context faster, but the words you receive are written by our team. We do not deploy chatbots that pretend to be people.

5. Site content and media

Photographs of products are real photographs of real products. Where any illustrative image on the site is AI-generated — for example abstract section artwork — it is not used to depict a product, a person, or a result. We do not generate fake customer photos, fake reviews, or fake taps.

6. Accountability

If you ever suspect AI output slipped into something we shipped where we promised human work, write to [email protected] with the subject "AI check" and we will investigate and answer within five business days.
