You hand this card to a person you are trying to impress. It should be able to answer questions about where it came from. This page lists every significant component of a Wavelink kit, where it is sourced, and who touches it on the way to you.
1. NFC chips
NFC inlays are NTAG-series chips sourced through authorised regional distributors — never grey-market or reclaimed stock, because reclaimed inlays are the leading cause of dead taps in cheap NFC cards. Every batch is tested with a calibrated reader before assembly, and every card is tap-tested again before it goes in the box.2. Card stock and print
Card bodies and printing are produced by our partner print studio in Chattogram, Bangladesh — the same city as our design team, which means the people designing your card can walk to the press that prints it. Card stock is 300gsm-class matte PVC or recycled-PET composite per the SKU specification. Bilingual and trilingual layouts are proofed natively — Arabic and Chinese are typeset by native-reading designers, never by raw machine output.3. Stands
Counter stands are fabricated from powder-coated steel or anodised aluminium by contract metalworkers serving the Gulf retail-fixture industry. Tolerances and finish are checked on arrival at our Dhaka warehouse; rejects are returned to the fabricator at their cost, which keeps quality economically honest.4. Packaging
FSC-certified cardboard boxes, soy inks and paper honeycomb padding are sourced from suppliers within Bangladesh and the UAE, per the Packaging & Sustainability page.5. The people standard
We pay our designers and production partners above-local-living wages and pay invoices on 30-day terms — small things that are, in practice, rare things. Our trade licence and company registration are published for verification at getwaved.ai/trade-license.pdf.6. Traceability promise
Every kit includes a batch code. Write to [email protected] with that code and we will tell you which press, which inlay batch, and which warehouse your kit came from.Questions about this page?
