Intelligence Drops — Terms

"Intelligence Drops" is Wavelink's publication series — market notes, NFC deployment data, cultural networking insights and platform updates shared with customers and newsletter subscribers. These terms govern the use of that material.

1. What a Drop is

A Drop is an editorial publication. It may include aggregated tap-analytics trends, market observations, product updates and commentary. Drops reflect data and judgement as of their publication date and are not updated retroactively.

2. Not professional advice

Drops are information, not advice. Nothing in a Drop constitutes investment, legal, tax or commercial advice, and no fiduciary relationship is created by publishing or receiving one. Decisions you make based on a Drop are yours.

3. Accuracy and sources

We publish aggregate figures only — never individual tap data or any visitor's personal information. Metrics are produced from our own dashboards and third-party sources are credited. Where we cannot verify a figure, we label it as an estimate.

4. Intellectual property

Drops are © Wavelink. You may quote up to 200 words with attribution and a link to the source Drop. Systematic reproduction, repackaging into competing newsletters, or reselling Drop content is not permitted without written permission from [email protected].

5. Subscriptions

Drops are delivered by email to subscribers and archived on the site. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click; the footer of every email contains the link. We do not sell subscriber lists — see the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavelink excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on Drops, in line with the limitation in our Terms of Service.
