Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wavelink NFC cards, stands, profile hosting, and the getwaved.ai website. By ordering a kit, creating a profile, or tapping a Wavelink card, you agree to them. They are written to be readable — if anything is unclear, ask us at [email protected] before ordering.
1. The service
Wavelink manufactures and sells NFC business cards and stands, and operates the hosted profile pages those cards link to. The service includes card production, profile hosting, tap analytics, and standard design support. Custom-design engagements are additionally governed by the scope agreed in your order confirmation.2. Accounts and profiles
You are responsible for the content you publish on your profile and for keeping your login credentials safe. You must have the right to use any name, logo, photo or trademark you upload. We may unpublish a profile that violates law or these terms — for example impersonation, malware distribution, or content that infringes someone else's rights — after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it, unless the law or urgent harm requires immediate action.3. Orders and production
Orders enter production once your design proof is approved. We aim to approve proofs within one business day and ship within the production window quoted at checkout. Colours rendered on screens may differ from final print; your approval of the proof is the contractual reference for output. If production is delayed beyond the quoted window by more than seven days, you may cancel for a full refund before dispatch.4. Tap analytics
Tap counts, locations and device types shown in your dashboard are aggregate estimates for orientation, not audited records. We may adjust methodology from time to time and will note material changes here.5. Acceptable use
Do not use Wavelink products or services to distribute malware, run scams or phishing, infringe intellectual property, harass people, or violate sanctions and export controls. We may suspend service for violations. Cards are physical goods: tampering with a card's chip or reprogramming it to point at third-party servers is done at your own risk and voids the warranty.6. Fees and taxes
Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and include production and packaging; duties or import taxes charged by your country, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility unless free-duty shipping is stated for your market. PPP-adjusted pricing applies to the market selected at checkout and is verified against your delivery address.7. Refunds
Our refund promise is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavelink's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.9. Availability and changes
We target 99.9% availability for hosted profiles. We may add, change or retire features; if we retire a feature you rely on, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email. If we ever discontinue profile hosting entirely, we will offer data export and a pro-rata refund of prepaid hosting.10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation first; failing that, by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to sue locally.Questions about this page?
